High-Strength Plastic Loose Tube Duct Fiber Optic Cable With Water-Resistant Fillers
Description
This fiber optic cable employs a protective design: delicate optical fibers are shielded within a flexible,
durable loose tube made from high-strength plastic. Filled with a specialized water-resistant compound,
these tubes safeguard against moisture, ensuring uninterrupted optical transmission even in adverse
conditions. A Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) core acts as the cable's backbone, offering strength without
metallic interference. Around this core, tightly stranded tubes and fillers form a robust circular core. Furt-
her protection against water infiltration is ensured by wrapping the cable core with water-blocking tape.
Encased in a tough polyethylene (PE) sheath, this cable is fortified against external elements, engineered
to ensure reliable data transmission in diverse environmental conditions.
Application
1 Outdoor Distribution Adaptation: Tailored for outdoor distribution, this cable's design withstands diverse
weather conditions and environmental factors, ensuring reliable data transmission in outdoor settings.
2 Trunk Power Transmission: Its robust construction and capability to handle high-power applications ma-
ke it an efficient choice for trunk power transmission systems within extensive networks.
3 High Electromagnetic Interference Environments: In places prone to electromagnetic interference, such
as high-interference areas, this cable is an ideal option for access and local networks. Its design minimi-
zes susceptibility to interference, ensuring stable and uninterrupted data transmission in challenging en-
vironments.
Characteristic
1 Mechanical Strength & Temperature Resilience: Ensures reliable functionality across temperature variations
and exhibits impressive mechanical resilience.
2 Hydrolysis-Resistant Loose Tube: Durable and strong, resistant to hydrolysis for prolonged performance
in moist conditions.
3 Specialized Fiber Protection: The specialized tube filling compound protects enclosed fibers effectively.
4 Crush Resistance & Flexibility: Balances resistance against pressure while retaining flexibility for versatile
installations.
5 Enhanced External Protection: The filling compound within the loose tube reinforces defense against env-
ironmental factors, bolstering overall durability and reliability.
