Multi Tube Cable With Water-Blocking Tape For High-Performance Data Tran-
smission GYFTY
Description
This fiber optic cable prioritizes protection: delicate optical fibers are shielded within a flexible and robust
loose tube made of high-strength plastic. These tubes, filled with a specialized water-resistant compound,
ensure fiber integrity by preventing moisture damage, enabling uninterrupted optical transmission even in
adverse conditions. The core, constructed of Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP), offers strength without metallic
interference. Surrounding this core, tightly stranded tubes and fillers form a durable circular core. Further
shielding against water is provided by water-blocking tape wrapped around the cable core. Covered by a
resilient polyethylene (PE) sheath, the cable is fortified against external elements, designed to deliver dep-
endable data transmission across diverse environmental conditions.
Application
1 Outdoor Distribution Adaptation: Tailored for outdoor use, capable of enduring diverse weather conditions
and environmental factors, ensuring dependable data transmission outdoors.
2 Trunk Power Transmission: With its sturdy construction and capacity for high-power applications, it serves
as an efficient solution for trunk power transmission systems within expansive networks.
3 High Electromagnetic Interference Environments: Well-suited for locations with substantial electromagnetic
interference, this cable minimizes susceptibility to such interference, ensuring stable and uninterrupted data
transmission, particularly in demanding environments.
Characteristic
1 Mechanical Strength & Temperature Resilience: Consistent functionality across temperature fluctuations and
notable mechanical resilience ensure reliable performance.
2 Hydrolysis-Resistant Loose Tube: Exhibits durability and strength, resisting hydrolysis for extended perform-
ance in moist conditions.
3 Specialized Fiber Protection: Ensures effective safeguarding of enclosed fibers through a specialized filling
compound within the tube.
4 Crush Resistance & Flexibility: Balances pressure resistance with flexibility, facilitating versatile installations.
5 Enhanced External Protection: The filling compound within the loose tube enhances defense against enviro-
nmental factors, bolstering overall durability and reliability.
