GYTS outdoor armored fiber optic cable anti rodent
Description
The cable structure comprises fibers housed in a high modulus plastic loose tube filled with a water-resi-
stant compound. A steel wire, sometimes coated with polyethylene for high-fiber count cables, acts as the
central strength member. Tubes and fillers are stranded around this core, forming a compact circular shape.
Longitudinally applied PSP shields the cable core, fortified with the filling compound for water protection.
Finally, a PE sheath completes the cable's construction.
Application
1 Outdoor Distribution Adaptation: This cable design is specifically crafted for outdoor use, ensuring its resi-
lience and durability against various environmental conditions.
2 Versatile Installation: Suited for aerial installations and pipeline laying methods, offering flexibility in deployment
to meet different infrastructure needs.
3 Broad Network Coverage: Ideal for both long-distance connections and local area network communication, cat-
ering to varied network requirements across different scales.
Characteristic
1 Robust Mechanical and Thermal Resilience: Exhibits commendable performance under mechanical stress
and varying temperature conditions.
2 Durable and Resistant Design: Features a high-strength loose tube that's impervious to hydrolysis, fortified
by a specialized tube filling compound for fiber protection.
3 Crush Resistance and Flexibility: Ensures durability against compression while maintaining flexibility for ea-
sier installation and adaptation.
4 UV Protection with PE Sheath: The PE sheath safeguards the cable from ultraviolet radiation, bolstering its
longevity in outdoor settings.
5 Watertight Measures: Incorporates multiple strategies including a central steel wire for strength, tube filling
compound, 100% cable core filling, and PSP for enhanced moisture protection, ensuring a waterproof design.
