Fibra Optica Good Quality ADSS Single-Mode Aramid Yarns Fiber Optic Cable

Description

The ADSS (All-Dielectric Self-Supporting) cable employs loose tube stranding with fibers positioned within

high modulus plastic tubes filled with a water-resistant compound. These tubes, along with fillers, encircle

a non-metallic central strength member made of FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic), forming a compact circular

cable core. After filling the cable core with a compound, it's covered by a thin polyethylene (PE) inner sheath.

Subsequently, a stranded layer of aramid yarns reinforces the inner sheath as a strength component. Finally,

the cable is completed with either a polyethylene (PE) or anti-tracking (AT) outer sheath.

Application

1 ADSS cable design integrates real-time conditions of overhead power lines.

2 PE outer sheath is used for power lines below 110kV, while AT outer sheath is applied for 110kV and higher.

3 The specific design of aramid quantity and stranding process meets diverse span requirements effectively.
