Outdoor Adss Fiber Optic Cable 4km Per Drum Single Mode 12 24 48 144

Description
This All Dielectric Self-Supporting (ADSS) cable series is tailored for aerial self-supporting applications
across varying span distances.
Our ADSS cables present a swift and cost-effective solution for deploying optical fiber cables along
existing aerial rights-of-way. These cables find use among cable TV operators, telephone companies,
municipalities, emerging network operators, and electric power utilities. The structure typically includes
several tubes or elements, accommodating the specified number of fibers. These elements, often fiber-
containing tubes, maintain the cable's geometry, though fillers may also be utilized.
Within each tube, 2 ~ 12 color-coded fibers are loosely arranged, cushioned by a water-blocking gel.
These tubes are then stranded around a dielectric central strength member, with a water-swelling tape
spirally wrapped around the cable core.
For essential tensile performance, aramid yarn strength members are helically placed. The outer jacket,
tightly bound over the aramid yarn layer, ensures durability. In long-span applications, a double jacket
design is considered. To aid in easy removal, a ripcord is positioned beneath each jacket layer.
Application
* The actual status of overhead power lines is taken into full consideration when ADSS cable is being
designed.
* For overhead power lines under 110kV, PE outer sheath is applied.
* For power lines equal to or over 110kV, AT outer sheath is applied.
* The dedicate design of aramid quantity and stranding process can satisfy the demand on various spans.
Characteristics
1 Allows installation without requiring power shutdown.
2 Lightweight and small diameter, reducing stress from ice, wind, tower, and backprop loads.
3 Designed for a lifespan of 30 years.
4 Exhibits strong tensile strength and temperature resilience for reliable performance.
