2~144 Core Aluminum Tape Layer Stranded Loose Tube Outdoor Cable GYTA
Description
The cable's construction involves placing single-mode or multi-mode fibers within a high-modulus plastic loose
tube, filled with a water-resistant compound. At the core, an aluminum tape acts as a metallic strength member,
sometimes covered with polyethylene in higher fiber count cables. The tubes and fillers are stranded around this
central member, forming a compact and circular cable core. Longitudinally, the aluminum tape is applied over
this core, which is filled with the compound to shield against water ingress. Finally, a PE sheath completes the
cable.
Application
1 Outdoor distribution applications.
2 Suitable installations using aerial or pipeline laying methods.
3 Long-distance and local area network communication needs.
Characteristic
1 Reliable mechanical and temperature performance.
2 Hydrolysis-resistant high-strength loose tubes.
3 A specialized filling compound ensuring critical fiber protection.
4 Exceptional crush resistance and flexibility.
5 UV protection with a PE sheath.
6 Ensured cable waterproofing through measures like steel wire for central strength, loose tube filling, and
full cable core filling.
7 Enhanced moisture-proofing with aluminum tape.
